Skakun

This ongoing project documents extracts from the lives of Edyta and her daughter Ada. Having migrated to Wales from Poland in 2004, they have both undertaken an exciting and often challenging journey of assimilation. These photographs focus on the aspect of closness between a mother and a daughter exposed to a new environment in which they assume utterly different positions and foster separate aspirations.
